A palm-sized glass cup in a luminous jade green, with a clear, softly frosted surface.Highly translucent and quietly radiant, its gentle green recalls the smooth, refined warmth of polished jade. Tiny air bubbles formed during firing lend the piece subtle depth and a quiet sense of life.
Each cup is individually handcrafted using pâte de verre techniques. Variations in color, texture, translucency, and bubble formation are natural characteristics of this intricate handmade process, making every piece one of a kind.

Each piece is formed through a lost-wax casting process using glass fragments, then kiln-fired and cold-polished.

Jiang Yuxue
Yuxue works with pâte de verre, drawn to the fluidity of glass and the way it seems to form and grow on its own. Bubbles, openings, and irregular textures emerge naturally as the glass melts and flows in the kiln, recalling the traces left by water on stone over time.
Rather than removing these marks during finishing, she often chooses to preserve them as part of the material’s character. Made with everyday use in mind, her vessels are shaped to feel increasingly natural in the hand over time.

Small air bubbles are characteristic of handmade glass.
