Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within two (2) business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, shipment may be held until all items are available. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and are determined by the carrier once the order has shipped
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method. We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $99.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Samsam Living is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery by contacting support@samsamliving.com. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
Many of our objects are handcrafted from natural materials. Variations in color, texture, grain, or form are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects. Refunds to the original payment method are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective.
For all other approved returns, including reasons such as change of mind or preference, returns will be issued as store credit only.
Pre-order and backorder items are not eligible for cancellation or refund. These items will ship once they become available.
Shipping fees and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy

If the order has not yet been processed, cancellation may be issued in the form of store credit.
